Now, here's my thinking on learning things.
Some people just don't learn, no matter what. Other people are fast learners.
And then there are the people who are slow learners. Which group best
describes YOU?
Are you a person who doesn't learn at all? (Learning is your responsibility,
by the way, not your sponsor's.) Maybe you are a fast learner or a slow
learner. It's your choice.
IF you choose to learn, the issue is whether you are going to learn it
in 7 days, 7 weeks, 7 months, or 7 years. That's the variable, is it not?
If you choose to learn it, WHEN are you going to learn it? How fast will
you learn it? If you are a slow learner, you need to make an effort to
learn more quickly. You have to become more adaptable!
You've got to be willing to TRY a lot of stuff. I'm always trying new
things. It you've tried something to the fullest and it does not work,
then drop it! But don't be afraid of trying new things.
My mind is clicking along all the time, asking, "How can I make
things work faster? How can I make things bigger? How can I get it more
duplicatable? How can I make it GO?" Sometimes I end up with a great
idea that functions in practice, and I SELL myself on this thing.
That's how it works. And then IF I'm really convinced, I go out and put
it MASSIVELY in practice! M-A-S-S-I-V-E-L-Y! (And I correct and adjust
quickly.)
If I'm convinced, I can't keep it to myself. I have to let the world
know! That's a typical networker's mindset.
That's why I'm good at getting my ideas across. I've already SOLD myself
on them, so it's easy to SELL my ideas to others!
When you think about it, it's like racing. You go out and think you've
got your car right. You do a few laps around the track, and you discover
that something is not 100% right. Maybe it's the tires, or maybe it's
the tuning. Who knows? You start making adjustments, but you do it quickly
while you are going. You cannot stop. You have to adjust while you're
moving. You're experimenting while on the move. You've got to leave that
pit stop fast!
Don't wait or stop. Don't wait till everything is perfect, or it'll be
too late! A good plan acted on TODAY is better than a perfect plan that
you put off until next week! Period.

weren't many things that my sponsors had to tell me more than once.
