Only
two months ago, after being on the same web hosting
service and owning my own domain I found that my current
web hosting needs were not being adequately served.
Thus, my search for a new server. My search after
many months of investigating some really big names
in the industry, lead me to the people that I would
like now to say
They dont get any
better than these guys. My first dilemma came
when I tried to get my other web hosting company to
let me transfer domains. They said it was darn near
impossible, and it proved to be until I met this Gentlemen
named Joel. The old hosting company said I needed
this thing called a registry key in order
for them to let me transfer my domain. In their defense,
I guess they were only trying to protect me, but as
my memory is certainly not what it used to be, and
I had registered my domain name with a company in
Australia , and had moved several times and changed
email addresses, just about as many, I had no clue
what my password was to that site. Then along Came
JOEL! He not only helped me with who my domain was
registered , but was the one who finally cracked
the code as to how to find my registry key.
That was only the beginning of my troubles however.
I needed, due to my several businesses on the Internet,
to be able to keep my site Live, during the transfer
of domains. Well he had a spot for my new web site
within 24 hours, giving me space on his server, even
though the transfer of domains had not yet taken place.
My web site was never down, well not until one day,
with me in all my wisdom tried to upload my page through
a FTP server and I totally made a real hack job of
that one and had a very old page up , instead of my
current one. I called in a panic! You see on these
people site, there is this toll free number where
it says you can reach Technical Support 24/7. Therefore,
I called on a Saturday, of course expecting at the
worse a phone that never answered, or a phone that
said
those hated words
All our technicians
are currently busy helping other customers please
leave us a brief message and we will return your phone
call as soon as possible. Well! much to my surprise,
I got this guy named Joel. In addition, the real kicker
here was that he was at home, for I do not think most
technicians bring their crying babies to work with
them, but I swore I heard children playing in the
background. Now I was impressed, for not only does
someone (a live breathing human being) answer the
phone there, but also they answer it all the time.
At the time, I thought I had just reached just another
technician, but come to find out this guy, owns the
company, and was taking calls at his home, even with
a family , thinking enough of his employees to let
them have the weekend off.
Wait!,
it gets better, remember now, I had completely messed
up my web page, having some 2 year old site up there,
was in a panic, and beside myself with worry. Joel
calmly and with a friendly demeanor told me not to
worry, he would go into the server and undo my mess!
Well within about 20 minutes, much to my pure delight,
my web page was back, just as if I had never totally
made a complete mess of it. Thanks! Joel.
One
would think by now that with this somewhat personal,
friendly, professional treatments of customers, what
else could one ask for. Let me tell you, there is
so much more to this dedicated bunch of professionals
than just their topnotch live technical support. They
offer one of the highest amounts of services for the
money than any other web hosting service I have ever
come across in my ten years on the net. They offer
so many services that it is sometimes unbelievable
for the money they charge. There are free auto-responders,

Leads arrive every day, like clockwork, so I can import
them into my Group Mailer. The lists average 300 email

Technical
Support. This is an area where most Pro FFA sites fall flat
on their ass, so I was surprised to find telephone numbers

tracked down, and solved, early in January, and (to Dafe's
credit) I received a full month's refund to make up for
lost service.

shouldn't have to threaten to quit paying for a service
in order to get Tech Support's attention.

with questions, and I've always received an answer
